A standard Grid-Tied System, which is the most common and cost-effective, is connected to the grid and will shut down during a power cut for safety reasons. However, if you want backup power, you can opt for a Hybrid System. A hybrid system includes batteries to store excess solar energy, which automatically powers your essential appliances like lights, fans, and your fridge during an outage, giving you true energy independence.
